Why Klevay Makes Sheets and Sprays Instead of Bottles

Klevay starts from a simple question: why does cleaning have to be heavy, messy and boring? Our answer is format innovation. Sheets that dissolve, sprays that smell modern, packs that look good on a shelf.

The problem with the bottle

Walk into any Indian home and the cleaning cupboard looks the same: a big jug of detergent, a floor cleaner bottle, a sticky ring on the shelf. They are heavy to carry, easy to over-pour and not something you want to leave on display.

What we changed

• Laundry sheets. Thirty pre-measured sheets per pack. Tear a sheet, drop it in, press start. Half a sheet for a regular load.
• Floor cleaner sheets. A fresh, light finish without a heavy bottle.
• Stain remover spray. Five 10 ml sprays, small enough to carry in a bag.
• Multi-Purpose Cleaner. A spray for surfaces, made with a plant-derived surfactant and a fermentation-derived biosurfactant.
• Travel packs. Flat, dry and leak-free for trips, hostels and hotel sinks.

The baseline: plant based, vegan, cruelty free

We make everything plant based, vegan and cruelty free. We do not treat that as the pitch. It is the minimum. Read what those words mean in our plain-English guide.

The point: make it fun

Effective is the baseline. Fun is what we add. We think about how it feels to open the pack, the scent in the room and the way the product looks on your shelf. Cleaning, but make it fun.
