We stand behind every product we make. If Klevay doesn't work for you, we want to make it right - no complicated process, no fine print designed to wear you down.

Our 30-Day Clean Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Klevay products. If you've used the product and genuinely don't see a difference from what you were using before, or it simply isn't for you, we'll refund you in full.

  • No forms to fill out in triplicate.
  • No need to return the unused portion.
  • No "convince us why" required.

Just write to us within 30 days of your delivery date, tell us it didn't work out, and we'll process your refund.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at care@klevay.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8424017642 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return (this helps us improve, but isn't required in detail).
  3. We'll confirm your refund within 24-48 hours.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking).
  • Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer - we'll request your details when processing the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • You will not be charged any additional shipping for the replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you're still covered under our 30-day return policy once it arrives.

What Isn't Covered

To keep this fair for everyone, our guarantee doesn't extend to:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (always buy from klevay.in or our official Amazon/Flipkart store pages).
  • Issues arising from misuse not in line with the usage instructions provided.
  • Requests made after the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer product exchanges (for example, swapping Laundry Sheets for Floor Cleaning Sheets). If you'd like to try a different product, we recommend requesting a refund for your current order and placing a new one - your 30-day guarantee will apply fresh to the new purchase.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. For any disputes, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
